General

All personal information input by users (like names, contact details etc) and all product information is input by users voluntarily. Such personal information will not be disclosed to anyone in other way than it is intended by using this website. It is generally illegal to use personal information collected on The Website for marketing purposes or for sending bulk mail. DUL does not provide any personal information collected on The Website to a third party.

DUL does not monitor or change data input by users. This refers both to the personal information input upon registration and to the technical information of the products input by users.

DUL reserves the right to delete users from The Website. This right will be exercised only in exceptional cases of misuse of The Website or of inputting information that is generally considered illegal or offensive. The user will be notified about the deletion by an email message sent to user's email address stored on The Website.

DUL is not responsible for the contents of data input by users. DUL is not responsible for any damage or losses, material or immaterial, incurred directly or indirectly, caused by incorrect information collected on The Website or by any other reason when using The Website.

DUL is using the latest technology with regards to virus protection. However, DUL is not responsible for any losses caused by a software virus and for damage or losses caused by a virus to any party.

DUL does not take any responsibility for the breach of copyrights by inputting copyrighted information by The Website users.

Offers of sale or purchase of products advertised on The Website will be arranged directly between a seller and a purchaser. DUL does not take part in actual sale of products. Consequently DUL will not be involved in any disputes between seller and purchaser.

Links leading to other websites are not monitored. DUL does not take responsibility for the contents of The Website to which links are leading.

All material that constitutes the design of The Website (like text, design, logos, pictures) and has not been input by its users is the property of DUL and is copyrighted. Duplicating this material is prohibited.

Should the site become unavailable for a period of time, DUL will endeavour to restore it back to normal in the possible shortest time. DUL is not responsible for loss of data or any losses incurred directly or indirectly by temporary malfunction of The Website.

Any views or opinions presented on this website are not necessarily those of DUL, who generally does not monitor the information input on The Website.

By using The Website The User agrees to the conditions of the Disclaimer and agrees to use website in a general purpose for which it is designed.

Payments

During payment User is connected directly with The Bank's website and makes the payment directly to The Bank. Consequently, DUL does not take part in the payment process and "waits" on stand-by for the process to be completed between the User and The Bank. User's credit card information is not stored anywhere in DUL's database and cannot be viewed by the DUL's staff during the payment process. The final decision about the purchase (final click) is made by the user on The Bank's website.

The Bank uses the latest technology for the online processing of payments. Payment is conducted via a safe and secure platform for the processing of credit card transactions. The message is encrypted twice prior to being sent and then decrypted twice. Double encryption provides the delivery channel with a 1024 bit (double 128 bit) SSL security protection. A proof of security is a standard "padlock" logo, which User will see in the Internet browser's status bar (at lower right). Additionally User will see a "Paymark" logo, which is issued only to proven and reliable merchant facility providers in New Zealand, such as The Bank.

Every company in The Website's database has at least the following contact information: postal address, city, country, member category, phone, fax, email. DUL cannot guarantee the correctness of the purchased contact information. If the User makes a purchase of contact details, it may be that the information purchased is outdated.

If the User makes a purchase of details of a particular product advertised for sale by other users, it may be that that particular product is not for sale any more. (Products advertised for sale are automatically deleted from The Website after a certain period. However, it may be that a product has been sold before that expiry period or that the seller has changed his mind without updating this information on The Website, and the product is not for sale any more.)

DUL cannot reimburse payments made for purchasing information. This is due to a simple fact that information cannot be returned. (This is different to a situation where a User buys something material, like a book, which can be returned in exchange for money.) Consequently the purchase once processed cannot be cancelled.

Amounts mentioned on The Website are expressed in United States Dollars ($, US$, USD), unless specifically mentioned otherwise. During the payment with The Bank the amount due in USD is converted to DUL's local currency, i.e. New Zealand Dollars (NZD) using a conversion factor valid at the time of payment. The amount due will also be converted to User's local currency using User's local bank conversion factors at a different time. The final amount payable by the User in User's local currency depends therefore on both conversion factors and may be slightly different (greater or lesser) than the amount mentioned on The Website. The conversion factors are the only source of that difference. There are not hidden costs in the transaction charged by DUL or The Bank.

The information purchased as well as a transaction statement will appear on the User's screen immediately after purchase. User is advised to make a copy or print out the statement. Additional statement will not be sent by DUL.
